Terms of Service
Last updated: September 14, 2026
These terms govern your use of B Lab Admin (the “Service”), the internal administration panel BoostLab (“we”, “us”) operates for the Ruta 8 program and related learning programs. By signing in, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
BoostLab is not a registered company. It is operated by Maria Valeria Jimenez Cordoba, an individual registered in Colombia under RUT 1004233566, who is responsible for the Service and for the processing of personal data described on these pages. Contact: info@boostlab.network.
1. Invitation-only access
The Service is available only to people we have invited as administrators, operators, facilitators, or mentors. Signing in with Google, an emailed link, or a password does not create an account; if your email has not been invited, access is refused. We may change your role or end your access at any time, for example when your work on a program ends.
2. Your account
- Use only your own account and do not share sign-in links, passwords, or sessions.
- Keep the Google account or mailbox you sign in with secure; access to it gives access to the Service.
- Tell us right away at info@boostlab.network if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
3. Acceptable use and confidentiality
The Service gives you access to personal data about program applicants and participants. You agree to:
- use that data only for the program tasks you were invited to perform;
- not copy, export, or disclose it outside the program except as your role requires or the law allows;
- follow applicable data protection law, including Ley 1581 de 2012 where it applies; and
- not attempt to bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities, or disrupt the Service.
These obligations continue after your access ends.
4. Third-party services
Signing in with Google is also subject to Google’s own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for services we do not operate.
5. Ownership
The Service, its software, and program materials belong to BoostLab or its program partners. These terms do not grant you any right to them beyond using the Service for your assigned work.
6. Availability and liability
We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but it is provided “as is” and may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it. Questions: info@boostlab.network.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly will be submitted to the competent courts of Colombia.
